The BEAR LAKE CLASSIC Triathlon is the most scenic and fastest course in Utah! Featuring Sprint, Olympic, HALF (70.3), and Kids Triathlons in an amazing day of racing in a mile high paradise!
The BEAR LAKE CLASSIC Triathlon is held at one of the most popular cycling destinations in the West. This amazing venue has been coined "The Caribbean of the Rockies."
The BEAR LAKE CLASSIC HALF takes athletes into TWO states; Utah and Idaho. Over half of the bike course takes place in Bear Lake County, Idaho. It features a 1 loop swim, a 1 loop bike, and a 1 loop run on one of the fastest and most scenic HALF courses in the world.
Bear Lake is a natural lake containing more than 6.5 million acre ft of water, but for most of the swim, depending on which course you are racing, the water is less than 15 feet deep from a natural sand beach. Water tempuratures from will range from the mid-60's to low-70's on RACE DAY!

The BEAR LAKE CLASSIC Triathlon is pending USA Triathlon sanctioning. You must be a member and have your membership card with you or pay a one-day event fee of $10 at packet pickup. Someone else may not pick up your packet for you. ALL Relay members MUST be USAT members or purchase the one day USAT license at packet pick up
